Terms & Conditions, Delivery, Returns and Cancellation
Lead Times
Production times will vary based on the quantities required, designs chosen and current stock levels. We will do our best to meet your requirements, please expect up to 6-8 weeks, depending on availability.
Delivery
We deliver free within the UK using a 1st Class recorded service. For an overseas shipping quote please contact us here. Once your order is placed we will send you a transaction number for you to track your shipment.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order is £300 however we recommend wholesale customers purchase a test selection of jewellery before placing a larger order, the min test order is £200.

Payment Terms
Account payments must be paid via our website within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order, via email.
We do not accept returns with the exception of faulty goods. Please notifiy us within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with any element of you order.
Terms
Goods are purchased on a pro-forma basis and entirely remain the property of Aquila Jewellery until paid for in full. If for any reason full payment has not been made we reserve the right to recover our property.
