Yes, we do hallmark all your jewellery pieces to give you the assurance of quality and originality of the products. Every piece of jewellery you buy from us is checked for quality before being shipped. You can read more about hallmarking in our blog post here.  


There is an online ring size chart available on the product description page. Just check the chart and measure your size. Our bracelets come in one standard size (7 3/4 Inches) and are designed to be adjustable. 


Once you have added the products to the cart, you will find a field before final checkout where you will be asked to enter a promotion or offer code (if any). 


Yes, we can personalise jewellery with up to 25 characters. This service usually takes around 5 days in addition to the usual shipping times. Please use our contact us form to let us know about your request. 


Since all our jewellery is created using precious metals, engraving can be carried out quite easily. This service is mostly applied to our bracelets, especially the Agonda hammered silver bracelet which can be found here. 


You need to visit our website, choose a product or a collection, select the piece you like, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. 


Delivery depends upon the area or region you live in. We give you an estimated date of delivery by considering all the shipping conditions. Usually within the UK it takes between 3-4 days.


There is a 30 days return policy for Aquila jewellery. If you found a defective or damaged piece,  or require a different size, you can raise an exchange or refund request over the site by using our contact us form. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Yes, our company does handle worldwide shipping and offers it for free for all orders above £50 and completely free for UK. The company offers flexibility in terms of shipping. 


The use of materials is based upon the type of item made. We use a combination of solid sterling silver, 9ct gold vermeil and 9ct gold, ensuring all our pieces are strong & durable.


As with all precious metals, please do not wear Aquila jewellery in the sea, shower, bath or chlorinated pools. Remove for bed and exercise and avoid contact with creams and perfumes.


Aquila jewellery is designed in Brighton, we then work with a selection of skilled families of goldsmiths and silversmiths in India and Indonesia to produce our range. 


For personalising the items, the shipping will take an additional five days’ time. You can choose this option by sending us a message using our contact us form.
