Yes, we hallmark all our jewellery to give you the assurance of quality. The hallmark used represents the majority metal, which means for both silver and gold vermeil, the hallmark will be 925 and for solid gold, either 9k or 14k. In addition, if an item weighs more than 7.7gms in total silver content we send it to the Assay office in Birmingham for hallmarking.  You can read more about hallmarking in our blog post here.  

There is an online ring size chart available on the product page. Please check the

There is a 14 days return policy for Aquila jewellery. You can raise an exchange or refund request over the site by using our contact us form. Due to hygiene reasons,
earrings are non-returnable. 

If you receive a defective or damaged piece or a fault develops, we will replace the item up to 6 months from the date of the order.

Yes, all duties and taxes are payable by the customer. For UK orders the total price at checkout is inclusive of any fees. 

Yes, our company does handle worldwide shipping. The price depends on the destination, we offer free shipping for all UK orders above £55. 

The use of materials is based upon the type of item made. All our precious metals are recycled and we use a combination of 925 sterling silver, 14ct gold vermeil,  9ct gold and 18ct gold, ensuring all our pieces are strong & durable.

As with all precious metals, it is advised to not wear our jewellery in the sea, shower, bath or chlorinated pools. Remove for bed and exercise and avoid contact with
creams and perfumes.
